(part 5) I've already moved to another network where I can speak to and resolve things quickly and easily when problems arise. A phone network company that you can't phone?? Essentially @iD_Mobile_UK = #mobileDoneWrong

(part 4) so because I couldn't call @iD_Mobile_UK or retrieve a reset code from my missing phone it was over 24 hours before and was able to block my phone and sim (when I was at a PC with my iD login details - what if I was on holiday for weeks?)

(part 3) @iD_Mobile_UK send your password reset to your phone, really useful when your phone is lost - maybe have an option to send it to an email or another number? or better yet have a line where customers can call you and explain how idiotic that is (carphone warehouse agree)

(part 2) @iD_Mobile_UK also insist you login to use livechat. I can't login with my fingerprint on someone else's phone in the middle of the motorway to explain my phone is missing, oh, I know I'll be able to do a password reset - no wait

(part 1) so @iD_Mobile_UK think it's a great idea that customers can no longer call them and this is a selling point apparently- for who??!! shareholders? certainly not customers.
